Help during COVID-19

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we realise that life has been turned upside down for everyone. You may have found yourself suddenly working from home, or perhaps you’re experiencing a particularly anxious or stressful time of uncertainty with your life or business.

We have thought long and hard about how we can help – and we have opened up a FREE group session on Zoom with our director (and certified Life Coach) Liz Wootton, on Wednesday mornings at 10am PST throughout April. If you’d like to secure a spot, please fill in the form below and submit it asap! 

This will provide an opportunity for working through the difficulties we are all experiencing during this time, working on stress resilience skills and healthy habits you may wish to build during this time, plus providing a social touch point for everyone (albeit virtual!)

Please complete the form below if you'd like to take part in one of our free coaching groups during the COVID-19 pandemic. Places are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will run a group at 10am on Wednesday mornings through April (except for April 15th). This will take place online using Zoom. Depending on interest, however, we may open up an additional group if we have the capacity, so don't be put off!
